Refund & Return Policy

At Banksia Bloom Designs, we sell digital products that are delivered electronically and are available for immediate download.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the files have been delivered.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to downloadable content and therefore waive any right to return the product.

Download Issues

If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

If a file is found to be defective, corrupted, incomplete or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue.

Accidental Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 14 days and we will review the order and, where appropriate, issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
